• The accuracy, completeness, or validity of any deal, price, coupon code, or offer posted or;
• The availability or quality of any third-party travel service, product, or booking or;
• The legitimacy or safety of third-party merchants or websites.

Prices, availability, terms, and conditions of travel deals can change rapidly without notice. Users are solely responsible for verifying all deal details, terms, fine print, and prices directly with the merchant or travel provider prior to making any purchases or bookings.

3. Third-Party Websites, Bookings, and Limitation of Liability

The Service contains links to third-party websites, booking engines, or services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Share Travel Deals.

• No Liability for Third-Party Services: We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms, booking processes, or practices of any third-party websites or travel providers.
• Transactions at Your Own Risk: Any transaction, booking, or contract entered into as a result of a deal found on Share Travel Deals is strictly between you and the respective third-party vendor (e.g., airline, hotel, travel agency).
• Deals "Gone Bad": Under no circumstances shall Share Travel Deals, its owners, directors, employees, or agents be held liable for any loss, damage, cancellation, price change, delay, financial fraud, poor service quality, or injury resulting directly or indirectly from your reliance on a deal posted on the Platform, or your interaction with a third-party vendor.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

The Service allows users to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content").

• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its accuracy, legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, illegal, spam, or contains affiliate links, malware, or self-promotional materials without prior written authorisation from us.
• License to Us: By posting Content on the Service, you grant Share Travel Deals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Content across the Platform and marketing channels.
• Moderation: Share Travel Deals reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any Content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
